Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between Passionitech Inc FZE ("GiderimVar", United Arab Emirates) and the person using the GiderimVar mobile app and the giderimvar.servicebox.io site (the "Service") (the "User"). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms.

2. The Service

GiderimVar is a personal budget and asset tracking tool: it lets you keep and summarise income, expense, account, debt, goal and investment records. What you enter is stored on your phone.

GiderimVar is not a bank, a broker or a financial adviser. Calculations, forecasts, exchange rates and prices in the app (gold, currencies, shares, often values you or the app entered) are for information only and are not investment, tax or legal advice; you are responsible for your decisions.

3. Plans and payment

Every install starts with seven days without ads. After that you choose the Basic plan (with ads) or Plus (no ads). Basic limits some features (for example one custom asset and two stocks). Plus only turns the ads off; Family and Pro lift those limits too. Which feature belongs to which plan is written on the Plans screen in the app.

Paid plans are bought through the App Store or Google Play; price, billing, trial, renewal and cancellation follow that store's terms. You can cancel in your store account settings at any time. Refunds are made by the store under its refund policy; GiderimVar never sees your card details.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of what you enter. Because the data is kept only on your phone, we may be unable to restore it if the phone is lost or damaged or the app is deleted; we recommend exporting important records as a backup.

You must use the app lawfully, must not reverse-engineer the software or misuse it, and must not infringe others' rights.

5. Ads

On the Basic plan (after the first seven days) Google AdMob ads are shown. GiderimVar is not responsible for advertisers' content or the products and services they offer. See the Privacy Policy for ads and data use.

6. Intellectual property

The app's software, design, brand and documentation belong to GiderimVar or its licensors. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for your personal use. The data you enter is yours.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, GiderimVar is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Total liability is limited to what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event that caused the loss. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and the mandatory rights you have as a consumer, are unaffected.

8. Suspension and ending

If these terms are breached we may close the Service to you. You may stop using it at any time by deleting the app; your data on your phone is then deleted.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Important changes are announced in the app or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction. Rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory consumer-protection provisions where you live, and your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and courts in Turkey, are unaffected.
